The taxi example introduced early in the tutorial differed in various ways from the one at the end that was confusing; made those be more similar.
The naming of the apps at the end was confusing; renamed them to indicate that one of them is about serving a HoloViews object using bokeh server (now
apps/hv_obj.py), and the other is about working with HV and Bokeh together at a low level (nowapps/hv_bokeh.py).
